✅ Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped to our processing center in Bulgaria. Instructions will be provided upon request approval.

If the product arrives sealed (e.g., VibroPlate), the seal must remain intact. If the seal is broken or removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.

ANG Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of use.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened or used fitness products (such as resistance bands or VibroPlates), items returned without original packaging, or products damaged through misuse or improper handling.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.

If approved, a full or partial refund (based on the item's condition) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
